Quotes
Prices on our website are in Canadian dollars, before HST and any delivery fee. Your written quote confirms the final price and is valid for 30 days.

Deposits & payment
A 50% deposit reserves your event date. We don't hold dates without one.
The balance is due before pickup or delivery. We accept card payments by secure link, and Interac e-Transfer.

Proofs & approval
You'll receive a digital proof with three rounds of changes included. Further rounds are billed at our hourly design rate, which we'll tell you before starting.
Please check every name, spelling, date and table number carefully. Once you approve a proof in writing, it goes to production as shown, and errors in approved wording are not our responsibility.

Timelines
Please order at least 6 weeks before your event. Seating lists are due four weeks before the event.
Late seating lists or late proof approvals may need a rush fee, or may not be possible. Rush orders (under six weeks) depend on our calendar and carry a fee we'll quote up front.

Cancellations & refunds
Cancel before design work starts: your deposit is refunded in full.
Cancel after design work starts: the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers design time.
After proof approval: the order is custom-made and final sale.
If your event date changes, we'll move your order to the new date at no charge if we're available.

Our quality promise
If a sign has a production defect, or doesn't match your approved proof, tell us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and we'll reprint it at no charge.
Colours on screen and in print can differ slightly; this isn't a defect. We're happy to show a printed sample on request.

Pickup, delivery & care
Pickup in Hamilton is free. Delivery is quoted by distance. Once signs are picked up or delivered, they're your responsibility.
Foam core and acrylic are durable, but please keep signs dry, out of direct heat, and stored flat. Outdoor use is at your own risk.

Rentals
Rented items such as easels must be returned within 7 days of your event in the same condition. Damaged or unreturned items are charged at replacement cost.

Designs & photos
Your finished signs are yours to keep and use. Our original templates and design files stay ours, and aren't sold separately.
You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos or artwork you send us. We only share photos of your signs with your permission.

Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
